Shipping Policy


1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your selected shipping method. You can choose the option that works best for you from the available carriers and rates.


✅ Free standard shipping is available on all orders of $68.00 or more (before taxes and discounts).


Delivery time and cost will depend on the shipping method you select at checkout. Delivery delays may occasionally occur.


3. Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

We ship to addresses within the United States, including P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses. Please note, delivery to APO/FPO addresses may take longer.


4. International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping. 


5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. The tracking number will become active within 24 hours.


6. Damages

Sakacustom is not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping. If your package is damaged upon arrival, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Be sure to save all packaging materials and damaged items when filing a claim.
