  • For safety and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products.

How to Return a Product

  2. Once your return is approved, you will receive our return shipping address and instructions.

  3. Ship the item back to us at your expense using a trackable shipping service.

Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

  • Please allow several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Important Notes

  • Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the product arrived damaged or was incorrect.
